1. Find "Settings" icon on the phone desktop and click it to enter the system settings.

2. Find “General”icon, click it, and then click “Description File”, as shown in the figure below.

3. In the "Description File" icon, select the name of the company that was prompted in the third step. Click the company name page to jump to the new window as shown below.

4. Click on the blue text in the middle of the screen to choose to trust this enterprise developer, as shown in the figure below.

5. Click "Trust"  in the pop-up box, as shown in Figure 1 below.

6. Wait a moment, the screen will display as shown below, and you can use this app normally.

需要测试定位、平台上线等情况的车辆，请移动到室外空旷等信号较好的区域。

国内，国外都可以用，成为部署了全球云服务，卫星定位和手机信号能覆盖到的地方均可使用。

设备安装简单，可直接根据说明书、视频进行安装。也可联系总部或申请分公司售后团队前往进行现场安装。

首次插入设备或者两天以上不运行的车辆，设备会进行冷启动，上线定位会稍慢，大约3分钟。

偏远地区、信号弱地区如地下停车场、长隧道等有时会出现信号问题，成为云平台有补偿机制，会根据百度地图结合平台规则对这段路程进行补偿，包括定位、里程、油耗等数据进行补偿计算。

成为设备定位是根据卫星定位的，通信模块终端是SIM卡，是与移动、联通、电信等运营商合作，卫星定位在某些地区是会存在定位不准，SIM卡在基站覆盖不到的区域也会有信号接收问题。

平台直接有接口可以进行查询，会定期在平台更新车辆的违章数据，包括违章地点、违章行为、罚款数等。

注意：如果违章查询不到，有可能是在更新周期前，已经处理好了违章。另外，极少数地区，当地交管部门不支持外部查询。
